Hi all
Apologies if this has been answered before but...
My family has a range of mobile providers; O2, Virgin, Tesco, Orange, Vodafone & T-Mobile.
Everyone - except on O2 - seems to have a problem checking their monthly allowance and as a consequence goes over it.
The O2 one is pretty straightforward, you can key in *#10# on the mobile and presto up comes the allowance details, or send a text for it.
Would anyone know of any similar measures for the other providers, the Virgin and Tesco ones in particular?
At present, the Virgin one we have can only be checked on the net, and there are often problems with the account meaning we can't get into it.
Cheers all.:)

The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.

Virgin call 150, same with Orange. T-mobile text ALL to 150. Call 191 for Vodafone.Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug).0

Ok. The Virgin 150 says "calls to this number are not being connected".

The Orange 150 says the number is not recognised.
Does anyone know if it makes a difference if the contract is PAYG or monthly? The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -

450 gets you thru to the main options but there's no option for checking your allowances - only to speak to an operator. The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0 -

Hm, that should have worked. Dialing 100 could work but that number could no longer be in use.Have I helped? Feel free to click the 'Thanks' button. I like to feel useful (and smug).0
