Please tell me someone still makes pill/tablet Pockets for cats:mad:

Mine are nightmares:eek:

George is a hunter too, so he NEEDS it in tablet form.

If no one makes these anyone how about an MSE co-op get together & start making them?

I buy Greenies Pill pockets on Ebay from the USA! Nothing similar available here that I have found.

I've bought them from various suppliers over the years - though the P&P from the USA can be outrageous! I now have a very kind New Jersey cyberfriend who'll buy a few packs for me and send them airmail.

Have been thinking about it as my two are a nightmare - struggling to even get near the back of their necks to try to get the liquid ones on. Like MrsE, my boy is a hunter ..... (the wee girl just brings things in the house still alive).

I usually just mould some cheese round the tablets - works for me and no US shipping charges!!

A friend of mine had some sent over from the USA for her poorly kitty, and so far they are working!

My cats don't like cheese, and play with meat a bit occasionally, so if they ever needed regular tabs, I'm afraid it would be the kneeling on the floor with then between your legs trick!

Worming is easy though - I just sneak up on them while they are asleep - fingers round top jaw, other index finger on botton incisors, tablet down throat.... cat wakes up looking confused ;p

However, I am a vet nurse and have had 13yrs experience at tableting cats safely lol!

If you are struggling, most vets offer nurse clinics - some things cost like emptying anal glands, or dressing a wound, but in all the 6 or so vets I have worked at, tableting or applying a spot on is FOC

I have bought from this guy several times with no problems. Obviously it makes sense to buy several packs at one time.
