Well I wouldn't see you on Creditcrunch would I.
You've done a bit flounce on account of the fact that
you are the forum laughing stock.

Now play nice with Chucky pimp.
Don't worry, all the sharp edges have been taken off the play pen.

Yeah, I am missing it so there is always the option to go back. I would have thought the laughing stock would be the guy whose still living with his mum at 38 and who could've bought six years ago for £60k less than today's prices (but that's only my opinion). :T:T:T

Realist Bear is going on about Great Crash Two, and saying he wont mind if his house purchase falls through. I suppose he has to be right at some point...

I said from the start. This bloke is full of bullsh*t.
All his predictions went wrong. He was humiliated and turned into the HPC bull if you remember. Then, out of the blue he announces he's managed to pick up a prime location 40% off bargain house. All the idiots on HPC pat him on the back and tell him well done.

No links, no pictures nothing. It was lies.

Now as I predicted, a few months up the road it's all fallen through and he's back to talking up the big crash two. All from the comfort of his bedsit.

Why on earth do people listen to these fools? There are reasons people like these rent. A few may be genuine STR but most are NCB.

    Not capable of buying.

What a fabulous and original new taunt Pimperne1.
That's your true talent mate, coming up with so many fresh ideas. Truly an embarassement of riches.
Why, its just that kind of ever evolving wit that ensures your put downs are so effective and scathing. :rotfl:

    You always do pimperdoodle. :D
Thats, what, 3 to four flounces now.
Real shame you don't have the same level of commitment to your dramatic departures as you do endlessly recycling dusty, discredited boring old memes.

I have given up believing anything that comes out in the media.

This report isn't produced by 'the media', it's produced by a building society using statistical analysis. By saying that I'm not suggesting that it is or isn't flawed, just simply pointing out that this something released by the media.
