    Never been a Natwest customer

Have had a look at the T&C's and also the important info regarding Natwest in Scotland, but still not fully sure.

Does this deal still stand if I open up an account online if I live in Scotland?

RBS do the same deal, assuming you don't already have an account with them.

Anyone been credited with any cashback yet?

Thought they were going to do that at the end of the 6 month period ?

Every month according to the T+Cs.

"We will pay the cashback into your NatWest current account during the calendar month after the Qualifying Purchase(s)."

Nothing yet, but my first statement was 14th July according to my online account, bizarrely considering my account was confirmed as open and active on 6th June it says the statement covers 29th June to 14th July. Doesn't really seem to make much sense because it's not inline with my account opening date, and it's not down to inactivity to start with or it would be 14th June to 14th July wouldn't it?

I'm sure the paperwork said that we'd be told when we got our statements how much cashback we'd earnt that month, so assuming we are told I'll let you know once I receive the paper copy.

Yes my first online statement is dated 16 June to 13 July which does coincide with me opening the account.
No sign of any cashback even though I have made many debit card transactions to different destinations.

so is the cashback paid every month? i called RBS and the people on the CS hotline have no clue (they admit this themselves) and just read the website terms and conditions to me.
