3 mobile PAC code and discount

Hi, quick question if anyone can answer!
I'm currently on 3 mobile, never had a problem with them. However, I'm due an upgrade and through a scheme at work I can get cashback but this is only available to new customers. If I requested a PAC code from 3, then returned to them for a new contract, would I be classed as a "new" customer and could I keep the same number?

You'd have to move to another networks payg and the back to 3. Pac codes are only for moving from one network to another.0
