Call of Duty MW3 Just released and retails for £44.99 (Game etc) but at Tesco Direct you can get it for £25 if you add a membership card? i.e. Xbox points, PS3, Live membership. Most folk using this title will have a live account, so it will be an added gift or at worst sell it on for a £1 less than its normal value. Get 2100 points for £18.47 and sell on amazon or ebay for £18. Thereby saving £20 on call of duty MW3. I think it's an excellent deal.0

Without wishing to rain on your parade, many other people also thought it was a great deal - a few days ago!
I appreciate that you are new, and trying to be helpful, but there are already threads for MW3 offers/deals.
Please do keep up the good work though

Yes, I'm a little bit jealous of that one, though DS would not want to have waited. Fair play to Asda though, good response to the problem.0 -
Did anyone pre order the hardened edition from Tesco? If so how much did you pay for it? I was led to believe it had a price promise and i saw it go down to £59.99 however that page is now offline and replaced with a new one where the price is £89.99
My concern is that that i wont have got the reduced price and now it is advertised as more than what i purchased it for originally.0 -

I paid £75 for the game in October, bought other stuff at the same time and used a code for some money off (can't remember right now how much). TBH I wasn't looking to see how much it went down to, but my email does say that I would be charged a cheaper rate if/when it went down before release date.
I'm intrigued now and will be watching this space.
ETA, just noticed that my Son's Skyrim game is cheaper on Tesco now than when it was ordered. I'll contact them tomorrow regarding this (as it's release day today so they should honour the difference) and while I'm there ask about MW3.
It's only a game

Just phoned Customer services (they're open til 11pm!). The guy I spoke to is confident that The Hardened Edition went down to £69.99 as he's seen other customers paid that much so he's going to get the relevent team to look into that for me. He wasn't sure about it being £59.99, but he's said he'll let me know what the lowest price it was on for and will automatically refund the difference!! (It's a pity this didn't happen automatically though)
As for Skyrim, Payment isn't taken until tomorrow so he couldn't help with that right now but will look into it for me. The phone customer service for Tesco are miles better than those in store!!
