Statement of repayment of TC overpayment.

    If it is, then there will be no recording of it on any forms, the current award notices will only show info relating to the current claim.

    I know my dad had/has an overpayment for tax credits from yonder years and he pays them x amount per month and every year he still get's a renewal form with the outsatnding debt on it.

    I'm still not sure we are talking about a tax credits debt anyway, especially as it's been dealt with by the DWP and not HMRC.
