Seller said item no longer available then relists it next day

If the seller does NOT do the right thing, leave a neg with the comment DISAPPOINTED That way it can`t be removed by eBay.
I always honour a sale I have had items I could not find or have oversold(it happens) and I have bought elsewhere and sent to the buyer,I also help other sellers out from time to time.0 -

Good idea, but....
I'd be happy to do that - however, I noticed on Sunday that he's just relisted exactly the same item (and due to the nature of what it is it must be the same item - he's used the same picture/description too) for £30 BIN.
:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Well, amusingly the relisted item at £30 didn't actually sell...
Anyway, it's come to the point where I'm going to leave negative feedback.
I have two choices:
a) "After auction end buyer cancelled auction" or "disappointed" - as dizzy suggests above.
b) "After auction end buyer cancelled auction and then relisted item at a higher price".
I must admit I'm veering close to (a) rather than (b) as I do not wish to have my bad feedback removed. I'm sure in a court of law I could prove (b) had happened quite easily, however with ebay etc. I suspect it may be easier for him to get it removed. I'd rather the bad feedback mark stuck to be honest.

I would change 'buyer' to 'seller' for a start

Seller wouldn't sell for £20, couldn't sell for £30, both of us disappointed.0

Out of those 2 options I would choose (b), it's factual, you're not being abusive and it doesn't fall under the guidelines for feedback removal so it would stay even if he complains.:j30/7/10:j

Shouldn't A) be Seller cancelled auction.
My suggestions
A) Seller cancelled auction, Then similar item listed.
b) Seller lost item, but had a spare to list next day.0 -
