i have just went through my mobile phone bill and looked at why i was charged £10 for interactive messaging. So i have just phoned o2 , and found out that this company , do not have the company name the number is 0870 2480277 who charged me £2.50 a message x 4 , and then last month charged me £25 for some messages. I've been through all my messages, i havent received these messages. surely this is illegall.I have subscribed to this service. I ring the company and the customer service line goes dead!

Is there anything i can do to get my money back.
Nice to save.

If you subscribed and were charged, then they sent the messages. The problem is either with your phone or your network. There is no point in contacting the company because it is your network who charges you.

sorry i wrote first message with such anger and couldnt gather my head and my fingers in time!! I hardly get any txts from anyone , and im not into subscribing to txts. But if this company sent me these txts surely they should say that if i was accepting this txt that it was going to charge me £2.50 per txt. I have looked at my logs and there are no txts that relate to there txts and times !! I have done a search on the internet and apparently other people have been charged as well !

In that case, go to the regulators website (phonepayplus), put the number in and you will get details of how to get a refund or make a complaint.
