Flylady bus? But no elephants this time, they just don't know how to behave.

Kazw - ooh, lovely. It is about the only engine note I consistantly recognise. I bet you need new leathers too? He wants a tourer of some sort, but probably not till the boys leave home . Before I got pg wth DS1 we were saving for VFR New Zealand, and that is still on the early retirement plans.

boddy - it sounds like it will be a wonderful day. Continued thoughts and prayers for Margaret too.....

embb - what do you put on your butties? I've never frozen them before but it is something I have thought about doing.

Well - drum roll - the ironing is done! My back is aching I have done so much.
I have also been to Mr T and put it away.
Vacuumed all downstairs plus 3 sofas, 2 chairs and 4 dining chairs.
Polished downstairs although the coffee table is now covered in paw prints. DH said cat no 2 jumped on and slid off again! :rotfl:I said maybe that's why we stopped polishing?:rotfl:

Dinner in oven - gnocchi bake - and then need to phone DM and send 2 important e-mails.
Bath and then pudding on my knee in my PJs and I really would like to paint my nails!

6 more sleeps until holiday and only 3 working days next week :T
I need to keep on top of things this week cos DM is coming to stay on friday to cat sit while we are away. She's a goodun....

Boddy~ a large wheeled suit case, should fit us all in, don't worry about the security search, we just say it is a flyladies day out!!

hex2~ when OH got his bike, he asked me if I wanted to go on it, so he get the correct insurance, and I said no because of my c***py balance, owing to my deafness, and was worried / scared I would pull the bike over and hury / kill us both, so I don't have leathers, don't go on the bike and if need be I go in the 'support / back up car' :D

I am the only person my horse riding instructor knows who can fall off a stationary horse!, I landed bump on the ground, even the horse looked down at me as much to say what the fck are you doing down there.....My balance is very poor at times. :rotfl::rotfl:

hex2 - thank you for the welcome! it's lovely to be back again after such a long time! After moving back to scotland, we were given an raf house to keep us till we got a house of our own. after almost 6 months, hundreds of phone calls and an interview in the local paper, we were offered a house not far from my parents. we turned the first one down as it was riddled with damp and there was mould in the kitchen:eek:, so we refused that and got an immediate offer of a house round the corner, which we accepted as our council only make 2 offers. DH was working at the time so we moved in to the house 2 weeks before christmas 2008! spend the first week with DD1 and DD2 at my folks cos there was no heating:mad: but were all in for the week before the festivities! After 6 months DH was on the dole and after a year he was diagnosed with PTSD and hasn't worked since :( but I have been working full time for almost 2 years now and really enjoy my job, its just a pain to pay £70 a week on petrol:eek: but needs must in these times;).

we are now just trying to make the house as nice as possible for us and the kids, but with money tight, we are doing as much as we can for as little as possible, so the sale laminate flooring was great. He reckons we can refloor DD2's room for around £60 ish so I would be really happy with that:D just gotta make sure that he does it:rotfl:
    LBM - August 2008 - Debts then - £33390 - 2nd LBM - November 2009 - Debts then - £18500:mad:
    Current debt levels: OD £3860, Loan 1 £6091, Loan 2 £5052, Parents £260, Total £16133  As at 01 May 2012 - 51.69% paid off :j

ive been a neglectful flyladyu the past couple of days, but old house is empty and MIL cleaned it from top to bottom so thats something off my list.

we are semi organised in the new house, kitchen is almost sorted out, although had to make an emergency purchase of a dishwasher as the existing integrated one tripped the electrics every time we went to use it, and had to make an emergency oven purchase because FIL advised the oven was on its way out and was dodgy with the handle anyways.

so we have 5 rooms to sort out and organise properly, the living room, the kitchen, our bedroom, the spare room and the soon to be babys room. its all been decorated so its just a case of buying a couple more bits of furniture and fully organising what we have.
