Have to say they're worth it, I spent a good few years in air cadets and camps were the absolute highlight. If you're lucky he'll learn some discipline ;)

Oh, and you get a week of slightly more peace :D

Im hoping the discipline kicks in soon...hes only been going for 3 weeks....

Unfortunately I only get 3 days of peace this time as its only a weekend camp......Think hes just walked in...off to read the riot act...think I could do with Pigpens help right now .xx

For the next few weeks I am going to clean each room and make OH do some decluttering with me in the evening, I have a feeling he won't say no! We have an appointment with a mortgage advisor in 3 weeks and have been looking around to see what and where we fancy when we move. We have found a lovely new development with a house that we quite like from the outside, we are going to another develpoment to see the showhome tomorrow. We could be in by August  OH is very excited but I am being far to realistic for my own good. It will be interesting to see if we can afford it, hoping to get a quicker mortgage appointment now. I may start in the kitchen tonight as there are only a couple of shelves/cupboards to declutter. We may as well start now just in case it ends up happening this soon.

Could be why you felt ropey today!

I used to faint all over the place - in the queue for breakfast at Uni (they stepped over me and kept going to get their breakfasts!) in Uni lectures and on my bike whilst going for a spin one morning (that was a messy one!)

These days when I walk before breakfst I take my mobile with me in case of emergencies...

WAFFLE ALERT - Feel free to skip

Ooh, it's a weird, weird day today.:(

Mr LW went to the fruit'n'veg market as usual, and we got Sid all organised - walked, insulined, fed etc - all ok.

Felt a tad rough, but did my yoga as usual.

Mr LW suggested we go out for a while; bit limited, as I can't get into pubs with steps anymore, and where we usually go there's a canalside gala this weekend, which would be too much for Sidney, and prob too much for me too.

Luckily it was sunny, so put on layers (been shivering cold all day) and sat in garden of different (dog-friendly) pub.

Got home, took Sid for a trundle as he didn't want to "go" in the pub garden, got him to finish this morning's grub.... and I nearly passed out.

Mr LW suggested I go to bed for an hour or two - at which (gods know why) I burst into tears!

Since then I've been trying to stay conscious; am currently huddled in a blanket on the sofa, with Sid lying next to me, and I feel really woozy.

I'm scared, as I think it's to do with the lupus, and there's nowt I can do about it.

Sorry - needed to get it out of my system; can't talk to Mr LW about it, he just sits there looking bemused because he can't "fix" it.:(

*pathetic attempt at a grin* Hopefully normal service will be resumed... at some point.

Lamewolf - you are not alone in suffering from "funny turns". I myself am away from home this afternoon and have just got really upset and wobbly. Have you eaten? perhaps you have low blood sugars x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

I am so useless *rolleyes* - I got used to going without meals when I was with the KH because we were often so desperately short of money, and it helped to save a few pence here and there; and even now, I can easily forget to eat. It's not something Mr LW would ever do (he lurves his food) so it wouldn't occur to him to check when I last ate.:o

Ah well, we have a "probable cause" now, which will be fixed shortly.;)

I hope you feel better soon, Molly

    'forget to eat*?

    hmmm

    /rubs chin*

Is this written in Klingon or esperanto or summat?

I wish i could forget to eat...

Ah well Wolfy - at least we have a probable cause now - and life with your ex must have been such fun *rolls eyes*

Jojo - gloat all you can then - lovely when you get the washing in before it gets dropped on

DS has been yelling at me (he'll be hungry then) about Norton AV. Well after the great laptop reboot and scrub I paid for 2 years subscription for 3 PCs - hardly MY fault if a laptop I cannot access (because it's passowrd protected) hasn't got updated because he CBA. he's now asking how Norton KNOW his laptop's covered - well - if he logs in he can sort it - simples!

Anyway - ALL the washing I washed (which was practically everything that made it's way to the basket) has been ironed.
