    Morning All!

After a few hours sleep here is my updated list. I've taken off everything that has been done and left on what needs done today! Then I can get out into the garden with the kids and tend the veggies and get some other bits and bobs done! Fingers crossed I can get the rest of them involved ... won't take so long then lol :rotfl:

    Left to do

    1. Thoroughly clean out and defrost the freezer... if it will help do an inventory and work what you can into your meal plan for the week!

    2. Vacuum floors and sofas

    3. Dusting, even if around everything

    4. Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe

    5. Wipe paintworks and any grubby marks off walls etc

    6. Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself

    7. Clear a hotspot or 3!

    8. Strip off smelly bedding and sling it in the wash.. replace well before bedtime!

    9. Vacuum the mattress and air the duvet

    10. Put the floordrobe in the wardrobe (Work in Progress)

    11. Vacuum the landing and bedroom.. starting at the bottom of the stairs!!!!

    12. Remove anything that should be elsewhere..

    13. Remove some dust bunnies and wipe over the light shades

    14. 15 minutes sort out of the landing gibble.. see if you can find something to rehome!

    15. Clean & wash floors in these rooms

    16. Clean baths, toilets, don't forget the outside! and sinks.. shine the taps with a toothbrush

    17. Clear any clutter from desk and wipe off those cup rings!!

    18. Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc

    19. Wipe down tiles in bathroom, defragment your pc while doing this.

    20. Collect all the dirty laundry

    21. Clear the floors in the childrens room.. throw out any broken toys and find some that are no longer needed that can be sent to charity shop or given away.

    22. Don't forget your 'you time'!!!

    23. Change the childrens bedding/wash curtains

    24. Vacuum mattress (after turning & wiping any waterproof sheets) and floors

    25. Drag everything out from under the bed too, there is floor under there!!

Ok, I think everything I need is in the car, including bits of assignment. I have about an hour before I go, kitchen has been S+S'd. going to S+S the bathroom, downstairs loo, LR and bedroom and see if I have time for another cuppa(or not as a 2 hour car ride will need pit stops...not good with a dog who is likely to run off as soon as the boot is opened!!)

    Hi Everyone

Can I sneak back in, I have been missing for a long time :o but had a lot of family stuff going on, long story short, I now have a half sister who I have not saw in around 30 years and tomorrow I am meeting my half brother who I havn't saw in an even longer time. I hope you are all well and will try to come on more regularly again. The house hasn't really suffered too much but not as decluttered as I like plus its harder now with me working full time :( I have about an hour before I am heading off to FIL's bowling club for a "carnival" so

12.45 - 2 x B2B HHC's, join me on one or both if you can. Am just gonna find the mop n bucket then start

    HHC done:

    Cleaned bathroom
Finished putting away the kids' toys in box, vacuumed the corner where they came from (v dusty) and put all away tidily
Vacuumed all the living room and the hall

That's it. I've just asked DH to get some new filters for our Dyson as he got some washable ones and they're rubbish :(.
