Update - The replacement dvd I ordered from Amazon arrived this morning, but no sign of the other one from the original Zoverstocks order yet

just noticed that zoverstocks doesn't seem to have any items for sale on Playtrade at the moment! I'm sure it's only temporary ... they are still on Amazon Marketplace :beer:

Just to jump on your comment, is there any way of viewing a "shopfront" of a Playtrade seller like you can do on Amazon as a couple of customers have asked me for this in the past but didn't think it was possible.

By the way, I have noticed this in the past. All of their listings dissappear at least once a day which suggests they are using a "purge and replace" import. This will delete all the !!!! they are listing that they dont actually have in stock (like the item the OP was refunded for) and add all the "new" stuff that the poor suckers have sold to them and is on their way to wherever they are based. They are "virtual" sellers, they dont stock anything hardly. Its quite scary but certainly not unusual on Amazon.

If they are using the software I think they are then a purge and replace is a very unprofessional choice for an import. They are obviously not very technical minded!
