Beware Orange change rules for Contract Tariff changes.

Orange are at it again, this time making it harder to downgrade your tariff.

"Orange customers will only be able to downgrade their price plan once during their contract as the network changes its pay monthly migration policy.

They will only be able to switch to the next lower price plan and can only do so after the first six months of a 12 month contract or after nine months of an 18 month contract.

If customers don't upgrade after their contract expires, the old migration policy will apply and they will be able to move to the next lower value price plan once a month. Moving to a higher or equivalent plan is possible at any time."

Actually I thought they'd already moved a bit this way months ago, not allowing downgrades at all on some contracts (or was that just some expensive business ones?)
