looking at the log, you're still got the computer booted in safe mode with networking. Shut it down, and restart the pc normally, then re-run hjt

I don't know why it is in safemode but when i shut down and start it up again i get black screen with ''booting from AHCI CD-ROM'' then it takes a few minutes to get to log on page.

Just done taskmaster and went to normal mode then restart and done another HJT

1. This is part of a worm:
C:\Windows\system32\DllHost.exe

Go into Malwarebytes, then go to the More Tools tab, and use FileAssassin to remove it. If it asks you to restart, then just hold off a minute until you complete the rest of the steps.

2. Uninstall Spybot Search and Destroy please (you can put it back on later if you want; it's just the easiest way to stop it interfering).
3. Uninstall the Ask toolbar
4. Rerun Hijackthis, and check the boxes next to the following and then select 'Fix Checked'. If you can't find a particular line, it may be because you uninstalled them in steps 2 & 3:

5. Run HitmanPro, and clean anything it finds. Let us know if it finds anything more interesting than cookies:

7. Run aswMBR (rootkit scanner/cleaner), and follow the guide on the webpage:

Ok when i hit HJT i get
For some reason your system denied write access to the Hosts file. If any hijacked domains are in this file, Hijack this may NOT be able to fix this.

If that happens, you need to edit the file yourself. To do this, click start, run and type:

notepad C;|Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

and press enter. Find the line(s) Hijack this reports and delete them.
Save the file as 'hosts'. (with quotes), and reboot.

For Vista; simply, exit HijackThis, right click on the HiJack This icon, choose 'Run as administrator'.

I hit OK.

I tick all the box's and then this comes up...

Right click to save this file to the desktop:

Then on your desktop, hold LEFT SHIFT and RIGHT CLICK on the file, then Run as Administrator. It should work fine now, as it just needed administrator privileges.
