Well done on your win TBN - I just had a go for first time since I got 'the letter' and won £1. Is it worth me claiming? - I can't remember if I'm banned for life or just not allowed my wins before letter.......Thriftybynature wrote: »omg, just won £100 on velvet! If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat

They have paid me all my wins since the 'letter'...won a few £1's, £5's and a couple of £10's...I think they must scrutinise 'the letter receivers' wins very carefully though to ensure we conform to all T&C's...but as long as you have a reciept dated before the win and a promo pack, they have no reason not to pay up...I was told , when I asked on Facebook, if you have a £1 win and do not claim and then subsequently claim a win of more than that, they will only pay out the unclaimed £1...Well done on your win TBN - I just had a go for first time since I got 'the letter' and won £1. Not a coupon but some Boots stores have a summer event next Tuesday 28 June where you can get £7.50 in points for £30 spend. You can find a list of stores here
Guess they had the same thing this week as the date is for 21 June, but when I rang HO she told me to check on this link for participating stores.0 -

thanks for the info, I was all prepared for a battle! I have a couple of fivers, couple of £1s and my 'ton' to claim but kosher receipts and packaging for them all. Was going to claim the £1 anyway even if it was just to annoy them! :rotfl: Also got screenshots with date and time showing on each win. They have paid me all my wins since the 'letter'...won a few £1's, £5's and a couple of £10's...I think they must scrutinise 'the letter receivers' wins very carefully though to ensure we conform to all T&C's...but as long as you have a reciept dated before the win and a promo pack, they have no reason not to pay up...I was told , when I asked on Facebook, if you have a £1 win and do not claim and then subsequently claim a win of more than that, they will only pay out the unclaimed £1...

You get a 'congratulations ' email almost straight away but they will not send out the prize until they have contacted you by the phone number you give on the entry form...they phone to confirm the address details are correct and then say within 28 days for you to get it...I won the first using home phone number and this one on using hubby's mobile number.....took a week after phone call for it to arrive..huge parcel...4 tennis rackets, 3 balls, net and metal poles to put it up, and things to fix it to the ground , pack of chalk to mark out the court all in a very sturdy black canvas bag....Thriftybynature wrote: »Well done bully, how did they notify you?
