Evening all, hope your ok Byatt *hugs*

Well i went to the dentist, need root canal treatment, the tooth has had a filling before and the nerve is dying :( the pain is unbearable. My dentist said he wouldn't even touch it despite being a dentist all his life so iv'e got to go to a specialist tommorow pm :(
Poor you...must be agony...are painkillers helping?

Hope you're Ok Byatt...have you tried Yoga..have to say I do find it helps me relax as well as keeping me fit, perhaps when you got 30 mins to yourself you could just try sitting on floor and try deep breathing excercises , cross legs and straight back, eyes closed....have posted before about not using a pillow....try and sleep flat on your back ,reduces tension on neck muscles and really helps peeps that have migraines...

Thanks Aesop, I think it's a combination of things, my BP is a bit high and I get migraines on top, and what with starting a new business, looking after my daughter I'm feeling quite stressed. I get annoyed with myself because it stops me being as productive as I want to be...though it could be age as well of course, another birthday this month!

I've never used msn, is it good?

    awww (((((((((((Byatt))))))))))))))))

hey, if you are born after the 15 of the month, you are in good company ;)

msn - I use for instant messaging. it is like having a virtual chat with one person or more than one person.

i like it, because it is private and you can talk, it updates as soon as you have finished typing your message and press send.

Don't know if you all play the games on the site to collect the 'spud shillings'...I'm on 930 on my main email addy, 1000 gets a £10 voucher...there is a survey for 200 spud shillings on at the moment and you get 5 points for playing each of the games and you return every week to get more, you also get lots if you click on recipes etc....in the kitchen section...

yes but it helps when they don't change the site over from the old one to the new one and then does not let you in with your password  then got an email with no password

then you phone up and the lady confirms your details, says I will get you a new password and email you and nothing....

I wouldn't mind but have been playing for a while, and with the 200 points survey am close to a voucher....grrrr
