Just had my first Tesco delivery on the back of the £20 Crowdity voucher, total came to about what I was expecting so didnt check exactly until I noticed that I had no eggs. Further investigation revealed that they had missed out two items but not substituted or noted that these were unavailable and overcharged on two others. Two calls to customer services later resulted in a full refund for 2 items that had been overcharged and a promise of an evoucher for £10.
Moral of story: always check your receipts.

wow! I went through a spell of more or less being housebound so relied on tesco deliveries. A couple of times I had to phone and have to say there was never any quibbles. Things were sorted immediately-- but I never got an evoucher:( Well done to you!

Bully, I think I understand a bit of it. so if I post a comp & say "clicky here" & Mser's click on my linky does it mean that most of us forfeited from the comp?

still not quite sure how to do it. Is it, if somebody post the comp, me click the link & copy the URL & paste it on to a new tab that will work - is that what you are saying?

If yes, no wonder all my winning dosh never reach me:eek:

I downloaded the add-on that was posted and now I right click on the link , which is either the enter 'HERE' or 'CLICKY' or the whole url and then drag it to the place where you type the www. and it automatically takes you to the link....if you do it without the add-on then when you click on Tools and look at 'Page info' you can see you have been redirected from moneysavingexpert...but when you have the add-on( only Firefox users) then when you click on Tools and look at 'Page info'...the redirected from url has gone....therefore the comp running peeps won't know you entered from a comp site like MSE or UK Hotdeals....works exact same in UKHD if you click and drag the ENTER that is in the red box....iyswim

entering loads and loads more comps now as keeping my way of entry hidden
