I've googled and checked on mse as well and there doesn't seem to be any codes around. Have you checked http://www.lastminute.com/?CATEGORY=hotels&searchType=basic for the rooms you want as they are often cheap on there
Hi, I'm not going until late October so wouldn't it be a bit early to use late rooms?0 -
Thriftybynature wrote: »morning all - wow you lot are good with your mobiles! I must admit when I first succumbed to getting one I used £10 every 3 months. Got me a blackberry now and no idea how to use the bu55er but apparently I can get wifi internet on it so at least I can check mse for bargains whilst on the move!
Nice karma with the shop blue! I've got lots of newborn nappy mocs that I'm not going to use so thought of putting them on the shelves in T's. I know that they will get destroyed by SAs but I thought I could put them behind the first one on the shelf - that way if anyone picks up the first one they might see my wee moc!
Off to get the Mail today, thanks for the heads up.
You will only be able to use WiFi where there is a free WiFi signal and as far as I know Tesco don't provide free WiFi. You can however use 3G Data but unless your on a tariff where you get a chuck of free data be careful.
I have left Dove coupons on the shelf before, went back the next day and the shelf had been re stocked and the coupons had been tucked into the plastic where the SEL is.0 -

Like MT my main Tesco only let me use 1 APG now could be b'cos I got the female supervisor making up the rules as and when or could be b'cos they "the checkout cashiers" are not allowed to take any sort of coupons until they are authorised by the supervisor(s). And I could not be bothered to argue with her as I was dying to get out of Tesco yesterday.
My regular cashier said that they have to read the "Team book" regarding accepting coupons and it has to be authorised by the Supervisor. Am sick of going to Tesco to be honest - one minute they accept the next they don't.
Can't be bothered to go out & buy Sunday mail today too lazy also my freezer are full of stuff & I can't buy anymore food.;) My kitchen floor are full of chocolates:eek:
BW - today is your bro-in-law birthday & we almost forgotten about it until I got the FB notice saying somebody b'day coming up. :rotfl:its a good job I was baking cup cakes & round cake this morning. He is out whole day today so the eldest will have time to decorate it.:D

Thanks, tried putting those codes into the "preferential codes" section of their website as I can't see anywhere else for it to go and they don't seem to be working.0 -

Hey thrifty, great idea, of course if you're feeling extr generous you could send them to me :j due in 8 1/2 weeks so have been trying to stock up!!!
on another note i know you're all DYING to know how i got on at mr t's today... well i was really chuffed to find that my £71 shop got knocked down to £36.50, i am soooooo chuffed, got lots of 'luxury' items, (sweeties and crisps etc) as i got a bit fed up buying value everything so managed to get dr pepper free, toblerone free, 4 boxes of whiskas for £2.28!!! (i'm really impressed with that) used a morrisons £6 off £50 a till spit for £7 off £50 and the £5 off £40 tesco MOC in the paper, really i am so delighted. I lurk a fair bit nowadays as i am sooo busy during the day and at night i have enough energy to look and then post the occassional line or two, and then fall asleep!!!
it's not going to change either as i'm taking 2 weeks off after baby comes along and then straight back into it as i'm self employed and can't afford to take anymore time off!!! lucky me
so in the meantime i'm doing my best to save save save, wish i had kept the details of how much i've saved since joining this site, but it has been £100s so thanks everyone, alot of it's down to u guys as i don't look at the coupon thread since u all left, but do nip in occassionally.
anyway that's my random drivel, boy it was alot!!!:T0 -

I think mad was after baby coupons for a good friend of his.
