Looks like they are waiting for some mug to come along...are you going to be the one?It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
In Scotland you need a solicitor to make a bid. Most will give you free advice and a good one will be be able to advise you what this property is worth. He will know things you may not have considered, like crime rate in the local area.
"In Scotland you need a solicitor to make a bid. " no you don't, EA will take a verbal if you force issue0 -
im not sure if its in the same area we looked at a property two and half years ago, cant remember the address
it would be good for braehead and transport links i would think, being close to the airport but i have a work colleague in renfrew who wants a job closer to home as her daily trek into work is a bit of a bind
the only down side i could think of why this property is on the market for so long is there may be something in the survey thats putting potential buyers off, or...
you maybe need to look into the area in general, what percentage of the properties in that immediate area are owned and which are lha ?0
