Caxton FX card vs. Halifax Clarity

I see from the MSE site that the best means of foreign currency spending is currently the Halifax Clarity card.

I have a Caxton FX card I got a couple of years ago when it was deemed to be amongst the best.

My question is: Is it worth my while getting the Halifax Card? - is it that much better than the Caxton FX card?

I guess that the Halifax is a credit card, whereas my caxton FX is a debit card which I have to preload, but assuming that I'm comfortable with that, will I get a better overall rate with the Clarity card?

Thanks
