Buyer who hasn't given a full name?

I haven't come across this before - A buyer has bought an item and paid for it using Paypal. They've given a full address but only a first name and an initial, ie Sarah A. The paypal invoice says Seller Protection Address confirmed. Am I safe to send this item or must I have their surname? I've emailed them asking for it…

You are covered to a limit with paypal, so as long as you send the item signed for you will be covered and you will not loose a penny, the other way is that you loose and have to recover it from royal mail.

If the item is received on the other side even if it was fraudulent you will be covered
