Been buying loads for a year or so and never found anyone, high street or otherwise, cheaper than Poundland.

I also thought poundland were very cheap! I was just suggesting another one as the OP couldn't get to poundland. I have found one trade site that does boxes of 50 or 100 of them for £7.

In poundland, you can get 10 dvd size ones for a quid and 5 large a4 size ones for a quid too.

If you are willing to wait, then Viking-direct are good. They do 3 for 2 deals and other deals from time to time.
  • Current 3 for 2 codes are:

    Y30-ML1 for D/1 size
    Y30-ML4 for G/4 size

I'm sure you can see the pattern to work out any other sizes you might need.

Viking usually deliver within 2 days too - so very fast.

  • I often send items out wrapped in bin bags... very very cheap, waterproof and "adjustable" size means you can wrap them round a few times to fit the item and protect it at the same time!

Depending on how many you need or want to buy at a time, our Poundland sell D1's £1 for 8 = 12.5p each.

I sell alot of books and use mostly D1's, my last Viking order was: 4 boxes of D1's with 2 boxes free at a total price of £44.60 = 7.4p each (but that does mean I now have 600 envelopes in my loft :rotfl: However, at a saving of 5p per envelope it's worth it - plus all the energy savings due to the extra insulation.

I purchased 3 cushions on ebay recently and advised the seller to wrap in strong bin liners, they arrived in perfect condition.

This week I have sent 3 large heavy items by Parcelforce - 2 TV's and a drill, all in their original boxes/cases and wrapped in a few bin liners and taped them up well with parcel tape. Loads better than brown paper in my opinion.
