    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    You could talk to the jobcentre about the New Enterprise Allowance. This is for people who want to set up their own business and there is the possibility of a loan of up to £1,000.

    It always puzzles me that people denigrate minimum wage jobs such as supermarket shelf stacking, refuse collection and sewage worker and think more highly of professional classes e.g teachers lawyers doctors and football players. If the higher paid workers went on strike no body would really notice but everyone needs to eat which produces the 2 types of waste that the other 2 clean up.
    Priorities seem the wrong way round to me.
