            Yeah I'm going to just fill it in and send it off, this thread was curiosity more than anything (I wonder if people like this facilitate many of the illegal vehicles that are on our roads?)0

            I touched on this last week
 Most trade policies stipulate accompanied test drive only which means named insurance person needs to go with customer
 trade plates are only for named drivers logged at dvla too not for test drives unacompanied
 I know a trader who let a customer take a sales car unaccompanied and yes it did go through a speed camera and no, trader didnt know who was driving because the nip came two weeks later and car was still on his plot
 he had to take the points and fine
