I wasnt aware that C.C paid by BACS, I believed that it was Paypal, Cheque or Amazon Voucher.

Are you getting a response through the ticket system or Online Help?

What I was getting at was it is all well and good having a guarantee but if you cannot contact anyone to claim that guarantee then it is pointless.
From my point of view the Customer Service (help) has gone from very good 12 months ago to non existant.

Nothing tracks for me through Speedcashback other than the 2p and 1p dailies. I did the Getmeaticket win a Mini offer at 40p every day for a week the other month. They tracked and I was paid but the offer was then removed. It's still available on Free Coin, but was removed a few days ago at imutual.

Same for me. Originally Fatcheese did seem to be updating LYC in batches every few days.
