Anyone knows a proper email address to contact FC please?
I did an energy switch through FC in March which was due in June. So I dropped an email at support@fatcheese.co.uk which was mentioned on other thread (Thanks to BLF)
But did not get any reply from them.:mad::mad:
Thanks in advance.0 -

I put a ticket into FC two weeks ago and it was answered.
Try FC online help tomorrow as from memory you had a positive result from that in the past -
Who was the switch with out of interest - Scottish Power withdrew from Cashback Site market some few weeks ago and since then there has been a spate of rejections including mine from 25th March via TCB where 80.00 was being offered.
If your switch was also with SP it should be covered by FC Cashback Guarantee.0 -

Online chat never worked for me. Always gets message "connecting" but never does.:o
Also for tickets there is a message, "
Please note: We are currently resolving an error with our ticketing system. This should be resolved shortly with a new system being launched. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.:o:o0 -

O2 no longer give cashback on free sims unless the sim is activated - it is amazing the difference in the rates being offered for an activated o2 sim -
Ecasher are offering 3.00 which beats another 50% site by 2.00
Quidco are offering 10.00 http://www.quidco.com/o2-free-sim/?ac when activated and topped up by 10.00 - Topcashback confirmed on its forum that HCP does apply even though it isnt currently offering cashback for an activated O2 sim.0 -
And for the umpteenth time Direct Flights has gone from TCB again!0

Just a quick reminder for all my friends here, tomorrow is the last day to request payout from QC to get paid in first week of Sept and Monday is the last day to request for Speed CB...
