    Actually it was silly if the promotional material says "your cats will love it" - that is an absolute claim (unlike "8 out of cat owners who expressed a preference said..." which is highly qualifies) and so should be substantiable. Is it worth it for a tenner? Probably not, but if I were picking a fight over this, that's where I would be aiming.
