My friends insisted I get one, and it was certainly cheaper, but the time before I got a couple of 'all day' tickets and I seem to remember those working out a bit cheaper? Not sure if they still do them, though.

I might still have some money on my Oyster from last time, actually. Need to check!

Day tickets are £6.60 and £3 for a child excellent value the kings cross to victoria underground single one way was £4 on its own so yes excellent value for money

I think that would have been better for us - I seem to remember topping our Oysters up with about £20 in total over the weekend... We never seemed to be off the bloody Underground. :p

Well Ive found some £10ers....but only odd ones, Liphook and Arundel 8th of August...
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

I'm starting to think that I dont want to go london. I mean I only want to go there to site see. Maybe I should try to not go there in august? Seems like the most expensive month to me :P anyone else suggest anywhere else thats nice to go for a getaway? I was thinking some where down south like a beach of some sort. Were up by Manchester and have to use train/megabus to get around.
