It seems like they've zero'd your credit balance. Have you had a cheque or a bank credit from them? Is there more detail on the bill about "Your adjustments"?0

Well, that's why the balances aren't matching then, the missing few pounds is the difference between your reading on the 25th and the estimate on the 29th.
As for why it's done, I have no idea. It doesn't really make much sense at all. Neither does the way that your Tier 1 units are being split into two sections on the bill.
