The business i work at is now looking at maybe changing the broadband we have, we have been paying £25 a month to BT and they are now offering us the Fibreoptic BB for an extra £5 a month.
Is that good value?

It's the other way around. Fibre optic is broadband. Up until now people without access to cable have had to make do with ADSL down phone lines, for far too long.
I wouldn't touch BT for business (or indeed residential). It's cheap (though £25/mo? Is that really a business account?) but not particularly cheerful.
Try IDNET, Zen Internet, Aquiss... budget in the region of £70 to £100 per month for a business connection with an SLA.0
