Hi,
can anyone give me advice on this, i want to try and start a business by getting a mortgage on my mum and dads house. i have been separated from my wife for 1 year now can she demand money from my new business or force me to give her money from my mums house, when i look to get devoiced.

I wouldnt have thought that the OP would be able to get a mortgage on anyone elss property. I presume mother and father are getting a remortgage and lending the OP the money.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
