The simple answer is yes. You are not "devoiced" but you will be "devoiced" by the time the bills come in - speechless indeed
That does not mean she would get anything - but it is certainly possible and you should not make any plans without being aware of the legal ramifications of your decisions. So legal advice is needed - something that does not come free and not on the internet

You are "together" for as long as there is a marriage contract - and depending on the circumstances you may be "together" for a long time after it is ended!0 -
Definitely get the divorce proceedings under way as soon as you can, because your plan has the potential to be really really messy! What you're after is a clean break settlement - I hope there are no children?Signature removed for peace of mind0

What sort of business is it?0

ho they is to make it proper messy 2 kids0

In that case - you are together for the rest of your lives. Anything you earn will be assessed for maintenance. As it should be. They are your kids too. Why should you potentially make a fortune out of your business and walk away from them? Or did you happen to forget the two children you have in the first post?0

I'msure your mum and dad will be pleased to have a mortgage on their property just so you can finance some hair brained business idea.2014 Target;
