    Of course not - but I'm trying to be a bit more positive here.

    The OP can think about what they can (possibly) repair, rather than what they can't........

    They might be forced into doing it themselves somehow, if there is no grant or money available (and I wouldn't hold my breath at the moment) so it's good to see how easy or difficult a DIY repair might be, and the rough cost, before giving up straightaway.
