Intermediate Rent

Hi
We have recently moved into a new house on the intermediate rent scheme (pay reduced rent and save save save for a deposit
)
When we originally signed up we were told that we had a period of between 2-5 years to save up a deposit and the house will only be sold as and when the HA assess the market conditions to be right.
Do the HA have to give us the maximum allowance of 5 years to save for the deposit or are they able to turf us out after 2 years if they think the market conditions are right to sell? We have asked the HA about this but they just say the scheme is new and have very little information about how it will work.
Does anyone else who knows about the scheme or is also renting through this scheme have any idea of timescales etc?? Nothing seems to be clear.
Also if the house was completed at the very back end of last year would anyone have any idea of if or when the market conditions may be right for the HA to consider selling?

Don't read this http://www.insidehousing.co.uk/tenancies/rent-to-buy-tenants-face-eviction/6515754.article - sounds like 'one' housing association is already serving notices0
