Hi Can anyone offer any advice. My local store was showing the knives at prices from £2.10 - £4.10 I bought about 9 of them, and when they scanned they charged me between £10 and £16.80. i went straight to CS who only offered to refund my money, I queried the DTD offer on the board behind her and she said she was not able to authorise that amount of money. I h ave to see manager at 11 a.m. today, where do I stand?? Any help?

If the sel was displaying a cheap price, you are entitled to dtd. Ring CS before you go, get their go ahead, take a name and then meet manager.

My stores sels were never wrong, the items just scanned cheap.

Quite a few people have reported the labels to have the low scanning price on them in their stores.

Its all a bit of a mess.

Tell your co-worker about the 2 packs of toilet roll & 5p off fuel voucher & then ask who the thief is.

Last night i had the same but it was on some kids gardening things very clear on shelf at 60p went through much more. She said that she would not give dtd due to the amount of money, i just stated that it was tescos policy to give dtd on overcharged items, so she fetch the out of hours store manager. After i told her that i would contact cs today, he who said " it may hurt but we have to authorise it due to tescos policy":T
