Two questions: What is SEL?
And what was the gardening glitch?
I really want to go to tesco but no-one to watch the kiddies
SEL = Shelf Edge Label
Gardening Glitch was same as this glitch, lot's of gardening items selling at 20% instead of 20% off.

Gardening Glitch - very similar to this kitchen one. Loads of stuff selling at 20% of the price rather than 20% off. I think they fixed it by about lunch time but all stores seemed to differ in what they were doing, same as with the kitchen stuff really.
Quite funny when you think about it. Must apply to other areas of the store I'm sure...keep hunting people.0 -
Depends if they have read the comms that came down about it it takes 2 hours for the new prices to broadcast to the till0

I don't understand this glitch but who cares as long as we get to screw Tesco eh? Some stores have white full price items, some have reduced price items and some have the glitch. Most stores haven't noticed but some are closing off the aisles? Anyone have any idea how this can be?
Because from what I heard the stores were sent an e-mail late this afternoon. Probably some stores read it and others did not. The staff at my store were running around like headless chickens. ( after they filled their own boots!!- not that I blame them)0 -
