PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. Please also avoid posting personally identifiable information, including links to your own online property listing which may reveal your address. Thank you for your understanding.

You'd think any reasonable human being would empathise with the OP's situation and wish her luck in finding a quick resolution.
However, look at the condescending views of these self-righteous morons (I can't post links yet so just remove the spaces from the URL):
housepricecrash . co . uk / forum / index.php ? showtopic = 164501
Anyway, the joke is on them. They've been predicting a house price crash for about 10 years now and have devoted their lives to posting their spiteful views in a futile bid to brainwash other people. What an evil and pathetic bunch.
Bruce Banner is probably the biggest gimp on the Web and reminds people on an hourly basis that he expects house prices to drop 30% - 40% nominally and how investing in a house is an "illiquid and depreciating asset".0 -
No idea what that's about Mr Derp.
I just want to know what happened????0 -
