    If you are effected by the 1 Aug price rise you can switch with no fee as long as new supplier lets them know within 15 days of you rejecting the price increase.

    I think we should all get deadlock letter, then goto the ombudsman about the cash back. It will cost scottishpower about £250 per case
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    You might be able to cause Scottish Power some hassle, but there is no legal right to cashback through Quidco, topcashback etc.

    Mine is still tracked at present, payment speed ought to be ~6 months after application (Based upon the Quidco statement at the time & the most recent TCB reviews), so another three months until I see what's truly what.

    nope I agree their isnt, but their underhand tricks warrants it

  • I just checked mine today and found the same - "DECLINED" - £80 - absolute rubbish attitude from Scottish Power....firing off an email to [EMAIL="onlinecomplaints@scottishpower.com"]onlinecomplaints@scottishpower.com[/EMAIL]

    But it looks like they are not responding ......are they, did any of you receive a reply so far ?
