I transfered suppliers recently using the Quidco duel fuel cashback offer that Quidco was offering, now everything has been transfered, the cashback was tracked however the cashback has been declined the reason? Scottish Power are no longer an affiliate with Quidco.

I am utterly disgusted with this behaviour from Scottish Power very dishonest of them!!!

Beware I wouldnt trust Scottish Power cashbacks again.

I did the same! They should honour the agreement at the time of application!

glad read yours as signed over in april via quidco, not much we can do though but bet quidco are getting the money
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I am completely serious in my post, by the way.

Any company does NOT like letters from MPs. I have done it twice, for TVL and DVLA - works wonders !

Mine (Switch started middle of last month) is still sitting at tracked at the moment. Not happy if this does decline, that's a patetic reason.

Any comment from the Scottish Power rep?

It hasn't declined yet, but I will mail you if it does :)
Perhaps the 'reason' for the OPs decline was different, but they don't want to deal with it as they're no longer associated?

Interested to find this thread today, but disappointed to find so few posts :(

I logged into Quidco to find that my Scottish Power transaction made a while back was tracking at £62 cashback rather than the £80 it should be.

I tried to raise a claim with Quidco and got a message stating "Unfortunately we are unable to investigate transactions for this merchant."

I contacted Quidco via their support system, and was told: "I'm afraid as Scottish Power do not offer cashback any more they also no longer accept claims to be raised with them unfortunately, and so we are no longer able to investigate any of their transactions. Apologies for any disappointment with this."

I now realise I'm likely to get £0, never mind the £80 expected or even £62 ! Double whammy after SP were the first to hike prices!

Disappointed and will be switching away from SP on principle asap. Anyone know if you're tied in for 12 months or can I do it sooner?
