Karmacat - I'm afraid that is me 'muddying the waters'. I mentioned W!lkinsons to Pippi in the context that they currently have a '50% off' promotion on certain gardening items ....... that may be of interest to Pippi. I'm never too sure of W!lkinsons coverage in the UK, but if, as Pippi says, there is one near Wik, then it may be worth a visit (for the gardening stuff) when in the vicinity.

Pippi - I neglected to elaborate on the SM's silly tatics thing - ASD@ put their SP pasta up to 32p a packet  the other week for no apparent reason. The other SM's didn't follow suit, hence I suppose why the price dropped back, and I see they now have it on 'roll back'. Mysupermarket is invaluable in trying to get a grip on the cheapest amongst the big 3!

i really must have a proper go at mysupermarket Greying.
I have to admit to being completely suspicious about Asd@'s roll backs after spotting Pesto rolled back to a higher price than i'd paid for it 2 weeks before. I do generally shop there though as it's still cheaper than Mr T's

I suspect they *can* (and *do*) do whatever they like. Whether they're supposed to is a different matter!
