Just a Rant about a Buyer

I had a corker last year. Sold 2 items to a lady, emailed her that I'd posted them and that they would be with her the next day - the royal mail were working well then. The next day ebay contacted me to say that her account had been used by someone else and that they were refunding her money from my paypal account. The items had been delivered to her but she didn't return them and ignored all of my emails. Needless to say the last one I sent her left her in no doubt of exactly what she was. Ebay are too much on the buyers side. I know that not all buyers are con artists but even when it sticks out like a sore thumb ebay will back the buyers to the hilt.0

I think you were lucky to only get a neutral!
Asking them to wait 22 days is taking the p*ss, and if anyone asked me to wait that long, then I'd immediately open a dispute! Post generally doesn't take that long to arrive, and most buyers would no doubt be happy to pay again should an item turn up weeks after being posted!
I didn't ask the buyer to wait 22 days, i asked them to wait 12 days, i hear what your all saying and i agree and have taken it on board! didn't really expect to get so jumped on!
I got taken aback with this one as she took 4 days to pay and started complaining one day after posting! To be honest i havn't really had many item not recived claims as said within the UK, my experience has been mostly delays to the USA just after christmas and nearlly all buyers are great, i don't think they are all scammers but their are scammers out there, if i get any more of these i will refund after a week

Same here - no negs in 12 years. This lot assume we are bad ebayers cos we are not blind to whats going on, and know that sometimes we are being scammed.
I will never understand anyone who defends ebays lack of accountability on this and many other issues.
Paypal had a very bad rep when ebay bought them. Many people thought ebay would turn them around. But the opposite happened - paypal turned ebay into a nasty company like themselves.0 -

A fraudulent use of a card or bank account though is easily defended with proof of postage so you needn't have lost out at all.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Evening All, just want to vent some frustration!
OK so sold an item, buyer takes 4 days to pay, posted item day after payment through paypal & within UK a Friday) On Monday get a message from buyer Ihave not recived this yet, replyed could you please wait awhile longer and stated that i always give a full refund but ask to wait 22 days from when posted as this is what the PO ask before making a lost in post claim, reply - i'd rather have a replacement! message back reiturating what already said an that i did not have a replacement! Few days later message - still not recived, replied appolgies and that i'd be willing to give full refund after 2 weeks if still not recived, the deadline passed with no reply sent message asking if she had recived no reply day after, ebay dispute claim opened item not recived so i imediatley gave her a full refund = now a few days later she has left me neutral feedback saying I did not recive this item!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
I have asked in politest (without spiting fire!) to withdraw feedback
I've got over it now! Thanks for reading - just realy wanting to vent some steam it gets me wound up when i try to post quickly pack well describe acuratley Some people have no clue!
