yay finally, I'm very happy. Maybe the woman probably thought of keeping them for herself thinking she'd get away with telling you that they got lost in the post. As the sent date is yesterday and all the BS she said before didn't add up one bit, she probably got scared seeing that you weren't gonna give up (and very rightly so I'd say). If nothing she's shown herself to be extremely unprofessional (she's sent "her boyfriend"???? WHO SAYS THAT???) and uncaring!! blah, at least you have snatched the Loboutins away from her hey :) xxx

Well done on your gorgeous new shoes and dresses, I always find facebook a great way to get a comopany to respond regarding missing prizes, I recently had to do this for two companies (1 win was missing from this time last year) and both were sorted the same day. No company likes bad press on facebook expecially when other followers take a keen interest :)

  • Hi I just saw this thread whilst googling what to do about my problem!

I have a very similar issue with the same company, Buu Bazaar. I received a dress I paid for, it didn't look anything like the photo, so I emailed them asking if I could return it for an exchange. They said this was fine. So I sent it off, got proof of postage, waited over 3 weeks and received nothing. I emailed them, and Becky Maslen one of the owners said 'it looks like it has been lost in the post I'll dispatch another one this morning'.

Funnily enough the new dress never came. I have repeatedly emailed her and the company address, and even commented on twitter and facebook and received no reply! Even though I can see she has been using her twitter.

Also, because it's been over 45 days I can't open a paypal dispute!

Any body know what I can do to get my money back :(

    Any help really appreciated!!
