Just as I sent the last message I got a twiiter reply saying her boyfriend has just gone to the post office and she'll let me know what they say. I normally ring customer services myself or track online but will wait and see what news I get later then will update you lovely people. Thank you all xxx

I haven't - maybe I should? I know our postie and he's delivered a few packages over the last couple of weeks and usually leaves a card if we miss him. Won't hurt to check though so I'll get on it tomorrow. Thanks Lindens x

No, you'd think she would have messaged me as soon as her boyfriend got back from the post office but you never know what else she has going on I suppose. I get the feeling I'm not high enough on her list of priorities - she tweeted about going to Alton Towers with her Tool Academy buddies so she must be reeally busy lol. I'm trying not to be too impatient and give her chance to sort it out but how hard is it to provide a tracking number for a lost parcel?

I suggest asking again for a tracking number firmly but politely explaining that you will also try to track it through Royal mail - explain that if you do not recieve the tracking number ( which she should have) then you will have no choice but to take it further - hope you get a result

Guess what just turned up???? 1 pair of Christian Louboutin shoes and not one but three dresses! I'm so chuffed, I think the support I got from my fellow facebookers really did the trick as the post date is yesterday. It just goes to show doesn't it? Were the first 2 pairs ever posted? If I hadn't asked for advice on here I doubt a pair of these gorgeous shoes would be sitting in my kitchen right now so THANK YOU everyone who took the time to reply and/or comment on the facebook page.
