If something was purchased from this store and has since gone faulty (I have a HDD issue with a asus eee I bought) do I have to reavel to manchester or birmingham to return it? this is absolutely ridiculous!0

I went in there just before Christmas !, lots of tatty boxes just waiting for people to look in !, but OH is not keen on poking around so we didnt really stay long.....I thought it would only be open for a few months just to get rid of old stock ....
I love going to the Greyhound Park TKMaxx, Dunelm Mill etc great for finding bargain...
I went to the one in Manchester a few yrs ago got the got a Samsung LED tv for £800 should have been £1600 . This one in Chester.0
