What you do is ignore them. It's as simple as that. Please read the stikies at the top of this sub-forum for more information about private parking tickets. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Do nothing but ignore them. They don't allow any appeal so its not worth the time writing. Also Euro have never gone to court, their MD even admitted they haven't and would not be doing so.
So you can safely ignore all their junk mail.0 -
You have not been given a parking ticket, you have been given an invoice, which you can safely ignore.
In return you will receive a host of threatening letters which are all BLUFF and no HUFF.
They Talk the Talk, they NEVER walk the walk.
Eventually they give up and look for someone else who has money to "give away"Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

The ones that come in nice franked envelopes get put back in the post box in the smug knowledge that they get charged each time it gets re-delivered to here.

What you should do is write a strongly-worded letter to the supermarket telling them about the despicable behaviour of the parking company they are using in their car-park. Also tell them you will not be shopping there again until they get rid of them. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

I have just uploaded letters to the sticky thread from NGP!!
I parked in a 'patron only' car park, as we intended to dine at one of 3 restaurants. We looked around the menu boards and then chose to eat elsewhere (as the kids weren't keen on the options!), so within seven minutes of parking, we left the car park.
Apparently, you are not allowed to window-browse menu's for a few minutes, 'you park, you eat!' We received a parking ticket 3 days later in the post.
We appealed on the basis that we were considering the options and left shortly after parking up as none of the restaurants met our needs, and this would be evident from their 'CCTV' footage no doubt.
They have turned down the appeal and are threatening action debt collective agency/court/court order and/or immobilisation & removal of vehicle from an NGP managed site if we don;t pay and the charge goes up gradually to over £150 (plus interest if appropriate).
The original letter talks about terms and conditions of contract contravened. (something others mentioned in earlier threads).
I am assuming we should ignore? Advice welcome!
Could you please start your own thread, instead of hijacking this one which is about a different parking company. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -
Yep - same as with all private parking charge notices. It's a scam.
Ignore all the letters and read the stickies to see the PPC letters and the Watchdog video with the solicitor's advice (see 'welcome, please read before posting').
A real parking ticket is called a Penalty Charge Notice, from a Council, and it can be appealed. What you have is a piece of scrap paper which will be followed by more rubbish, like a series of phishing emails.
Oh yes, and please start your own shiny new thread if you are still unsure after reading the sticky threads at the top of the forum:
