In response to invisibleyousee, I would just like to say that I do not detest them per se. I was trying to be quite factual but perhaps my current frustrations shone through! I am not under any illusions that other phone companies would deal with this much better but this has happened and it has been very difficult so far to get anywhere with it. As with other phone companies I'm sure some of the people at customer care are very helpful (I did speak to one person who was quite understanding at the start) and others are rude (I spoke to one person who implied I was lying about my phone use). As I said, I think talkmobile have some very good deals, and I believe mine to be had I not had to pay out this huge amount of money. One thing I would advise after my experience here, is to download an app that records your data use so at least you can keep an eye on it throughout the month, and if this differs from what the network is trying to charge, you have some evidence to back you up.0

I was thinking of moving to TM. About a week ago I sent them an email to ask if they offer itemised billing as part of the customer login area. I asked this question as most of the complaints about this operator seem to be about wrong billing. They havn't replied as of yet, apart from the automated one promising to reply within 24 hours. Something to hide perhaps ???
Or can any current customer here confirm if itemised billing is possible on the login.

I orderd a phone from them a week and a half ago,i had to do it over the phone as my wifes card was not registering on the website. When i rang they said her card wasnt working (although it works with everything else and the bank said theres no problem with it) so i put it onto my card.I rang thm today enquireing if my phone,a samsung galaxy s ,had been sent and after about half an hour of checking he said that my credit rating wae no good.As this is the first ive heard of my credit being bad i asked why and if i hadnt have rang how long would i have had to wait to hear anything from them. The guy just said" i would have to speak to expirion, goodbye"and that was that,Complete !!!!!!s !! I didnt even get to ask what would happen to the number that they had me port over to them when i spoke on the phone thefirst time. It left me feeling a litlle bit angry but then i should be used to unhelpfullnes in modern day britain!!0

Took some time to find the following info, but eventually found a link to the CPW on-line billing etc:
Benefits of online billing- Online billing means that you don't get paper bills through the post anymore. Instead, you get your bills online. We will contact you every month to let you know when your bill is ready.
- It also means you can go online to access account information and make certain changes without having to call us.
- Change direct debit details
- View most frequently called numbers
- View bills online
- Add services like itemised billing
- Pay your bill
- Change the email address that is registered with us
I have been with them a few weeks - was prev with Vodafone so knew that coverage for my area was good.
I have had to call CS twice, both times, calls were answered very quickly, with a quick polite response to each question
To check your current minutes/texts, call 5888"Hope for the Best
Prepare for the worst"0 -

what's their 3G coverage like? The website below shows Vodaphone's coverage at a measly 80%, yet Talk Mobile is at 90%...? typo?
I've got 2 options on the table for a Samsung Galaxy S2:
Talk Mobile: 750mins / 1500txts / 1GB data - £30p/m
T-Mobile: 900mins / 500txts / unlimited data (unlimited browsing & emails, but 500MB for vids, apps etc) - £30.64 p/m (dropping to £26.17 via redemption)
I get along fine with 400 mins at the mo, so they're both fine & I can't imagine I'd go over 500txts... so it just really comes down to the 3G coverage.
Obviously T-Mobile share networks with Orange, who I'm currently with & know it works fine, plus they're an established company etc...
I kinda like the idea of having a full 1GB of internet though, but not if it's only 80% coverarge as I guarantee my house won't be covered if it's anything like o2 (which is also at 80%).
I'll be honest, I'm pulling my hair out over this - does anyone fancy just giving it to me straight - "go with that one"? It'd be much appreciated!0 -
I forgot to post the link to the network coverage percentages! I ain't allow to post a proper link, so take the spaces out: http:// ukmobilecoverage . co . uk/best0

having spoken to talkmobile , they do not support cal waiting or delivery reports, is this because they are a virtual network?0
