Is there any way to reduce a large roaming bill with orange, made the mistake of not turning roaming off in South Africa ?

There's a chance you might get a reduction, but remember that Orange are going to have to pay the network you used over there. So it'll depend on what their charges were.0

Maybe we could get them to change the sign up process for the site so that there are a set of simple rules (i.e. search first) that each have to be read individually and ticketed off as accepted before they can log onto the sign for the 1st time.IT Consultant in the utilities industry specialising in the retail electricity market.

Your roaming is your responsibility, so its unlikely they will do anything but it couldn't hurt to ask.
Seems like an expensive lesson to learn
