I know we don't all have a choice because of location etc.but Tesco has to be the worst supermarket for customer service. The only time I use their store now is to pass over an apg or me mocs:cool:AKA; Mad, MM, MM5, Madicles :cool: ©

Just tried and both the dove links are working fine here. May be changing browser can work????:o0 -
Further to my post (1048 in this thread). I have had a reply from Asda CS. This is a snippet;
I can assure you ********* there has been no change in our policy for accepting internet coupons.
We accept all internet coupons in line with the terms and conditions of each coupon. So, for example, customers must buy the actual product to redeem the coupon.
So to confirm, if anyone is told they no longer accept internet printed vouchers they are talking a load of rubbish.
Thanks for this info, my asda say they only accept coupons off their website.0 -
Spot, if you want I can send you the full email. You can then use that if they refuse you again.0

Coupon and chat mixed threadJust back from Asda and very unhappy! Went to register and handed over a coupon for free huggies, 1 for £1 off dove and 1 for free birdseye rice + also an APG voucher. The SA rolled her eyes and made it clear she was very unhappy. It literally took me 10 minutes at register to buy 8 items.
She didn't know or claimed not to know how to get the coupons to go through so had to call for someone and then she basically wrote a short story on my receipt that was the APG one I was like I don't even need that back "Well I still have to do it" right ok.. so finally I got to pay. Back at home I check my receipt and she charged me for the rice I had a voucher for! URGH MARLENE HAPPY TO HELP? I THINK NOT! :mad:0 -
