Tea tonight steak, chips, asparagus, mushroom, tomatoes and mozzarella salad - can you tell i'm feeling sorry for myself :o.

eh? OK don't expect Dr to be an expert in everything but really doesn't he have a database or something HE can refer to rather than just sending you off to Google

BB Makes it sound a bit more exotic than sciatica. Painful though!!! PITA really!!! Actually, I am very sympathetic.

Just been watching Andy Murray winning the 1/4 final of the French Open. Stuffed the Argentinian!

Happy to have my lovely visitor today. Great to have a natter and the wee ones had a nice time playing. And she brought me chocolates! Quite nice now too, as I had done all my cleaning and tidying and cooking before she came. So now I can relax!

Have sold a dress only ebay that I wore for my sisters wedding, not huge amount of money but since I've lost weight it was too big. Have started a mahoosive de-clutter, so need to crack on with a major clean up!

I so need to do this. I have a few dresses worn to weddings that I will never wear again so will Ebay. I also need to de-clutter before I move in Aug, and already have a big pile of Ebay stuff....I just don't have the motivation to actually Ebay it :rotfl:

Another busy day at work, flew by though. My vertigo is playing up still, think it's possibly because I am having to travel 40mins to the other office and I am the passenger not the driver in the minibus cos it's my colleagues bus (he is old fashioned and always want to drive!). I need to go back to Doctors though. Problem is I never changed doctors when I moved here, so it's a 40min drive to Drs, and when I'm working 40mins the other way from me at moment it would be an almost 3hour round trip from work! But next week I am in my normal office so will make an appointment for then.

OS wise - DW been on and emptied, going to make cheese pie for tea and have LO's for lunch tomorrow.

    Have a good evening all

    ps it's quiet here today?

    Hi Flutterby,
Have you looked at this website
    http://www.dizzytimes.com/

I got a lot of help and support from them when originally diagnosed with my BPPV and vestibulopathy (damage to balance organs). There are manoeveurs that might help the BPPV as its to do with little crystals in the balance organs xx
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Molly - thank you so much for this link :A. I've been a bit afraid to look stuff up online, but this website looks useful. I've had labrinthitus/vertigo for 5 months now :( getting fed up of it. Thought I was getting better in April but it has come back again.

I know it has been a long time now and I would say its time to get it sorted as these conditions can become chronic. They can also be sorted relatively easily with exercises and it would be good to not have to worry about it especially when flying on your special holidays later in the year xx Mummy chat over....sorry xx

Thanks Bitsy....had some wine so have calmed down now! :D Although opted for a lower alcohol one (trying to be slightly sensible about midweek drinking!) but it's oh so sweet....

Dinner is in the oven, jacket, beans and lamb grill steaks (not what we had planned this morning!)

Worked out i'm due a £420 rebate from the tax people! Not sure what to put it towards now!
